My entrepreneurial journey began at 19 as a first-generation HVAC business owner. After working in the trade from age 15, I knew I wanted to own a HVAC business. 

With no savings and a naive young mind, but an unyielding determination to succeed, I launched the business. This is when I was admitted to one of the most challenging learning institutions in the United States, "The School Of Hard Knocks.” It was here I learned through my experiences, both good and bad, how to shape processes into systems.

Within these systems business growth was ignited. This growth not only supported my family, but many other families along the way and also allowed for the sale of the business for millions. From this journey, HVAC Coach Pro was founded. Two gifts that I discovered through the years, the first is the ability to discover / create processes and second was my ability to market more effectively than any of my competitors. 

Along the way through my years in business many others started asking for advice about processes we used and marketing efforts that we employed. This is when I knew I needed to create a coaching business. 

HVAC Coach Pro was founded as a way to give back to the hard-working contracting community such as yourself. I know the hard, long days you put in and the feeling sometimes as if you are facing that business world alone. I am here to share with you the processes and systems that I used to take my business from literally nothing and create a multimillion dollar business. Together we will collaborate to answer the questions you have and overcome the obstacles within your business so it too can grow to the level you dream of.

SARA BRESETTE

Like many of us, my career the HVAC industry began mostly because I needed a job.  I was a recent college graduate with a music performance degree, and after teaching one year as an elementary school music teacher, I knew I wasn’t in the right place.  An opportunity to go to work in my father-in-law’s small HVAC business came about, and I signed on to do telemarketing to build their newly established maintenance program.  Long story short, in the four years I was there, this part time job evolved into learning every business aspect of running a service company, from sales and marketing, to logistics, purchasing, and finance.

My connections made while in that role were priceless.  I was hired by a major HVAC manufacturer as an inside salesperson, trained in their industry-best program, and was promoted to Territory Manager, where I began working with Jason.  I earned my MBA during this time and later moved to a competing manufacturer where I have been able to develop my career further than I had ever imagined. 

During my time working in sales and distribution, I have met and worked closely with hundreds of small business owners.  I’ve seen them flourish and I’ve seen them fail.  The experience I’ve gained working with these contractors is priceless.  I’m honored to be working with Jason and HVAC Coach Pro, and I’m so grateful to the contractors who have put their faith in us to help them grow, thrive, and build lasting legacies within their businesses.
